Customers purchasing outside of South Africa

Please note that any customers outside of South Africa are to ensure they use a specialist freight forwarding / export company who will handle the export & import of our product into your own country.

Your exporter / freight forwarder should possess their own exporters code / licence and you likewise should possess your own import code. Whilst we sell our products to customers outside of South Africa the onus is upon the customer to get the goods into their own country.

ALL customs duties, both export & import, are entirely for your own account and is not included nor deemed to be included in any quotation or product price quoted by us.

Customers paying by Forex from neighbouring countries are entirely responsible for all forex costs, these costs are NOT shared between parties.
